At The Chateau, we want you to be completely enamored with your home selections. If an item doesn't perfectly complement your space, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective wrap and box to ensure they remain safe during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned pieces at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
